The Art of the Peace Visual Arts Association is pleased to present the 2009 Juried Art Show in conjunction with the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Arts Awards and the Iskoteo Arts Festival.

The jurors have selected those works that merit awards of excellence through the generosity of Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipelines. All of the selected artists benefit from the showcase of their work at the opening and gala receptions at the Grande Prairie Regional College with public access throughout the week.

The Art of the Peace Juried Art Show has been a tremendous success with a wide variety of submissions and excellent representation of the fine art of the region. The show reflects the deep well of artistic talent and creativity that quietly grows in the Peace country. We thank all of those who have participated in such an exciting event.
